| Bio: | ♥Shorty♥ ___comments ♥You can have the BEST of me and the WORST of me...take your pick ♥ Hi, Im Lauren and I have an unhealthy and abnormal obsession for boys, ART, and lacrosse. I am perfectly imperfect and consistantly inconsistant. Most people call me Shorty, and I prefer that more than Lauren, because Shorty helps define me, but either name is fine. My life is a series of optical illusions blended together to display numerous performances. I am the great barrier between fiction and reality. I am not always realistic, and I am not always in a dream world. Everyone has their faults, and I sure as hell know mine. I am not proud of them, but I accept them therefore I am always under construction. I do not classify under any category such as prep, punk, emo, slut, or whatever....I am just Lauren, and once again thats fine with me. My passion is art, and I plan my life around it. I play lacrosse, and it has become my newest obsession. I do art therefore I am. People call me a bubbly person that is always full of energy, but at the same time I still know when to be serious. I have many layers that are always ready to be peeled away. Once you take one look at whom my friends are, what kind of art I do, and my music list, you think you have a general idea of who I am, but really you have no idea. 100 things you might have not known about me… 1. My parents were divorced when I was only 18 months old 2. Both of my parents decided to remarry the same year 3. Both mom/step-dad and dad/step-mom had children in the same year, two months apart 4. My favorite color is Alizarin Crimson. 5. I've never been able to have only one best friend, I have groups of best friends instead. 6. I love animals 7. I love painting 8. I love acting 9. I love drawing 10. I don't get along with my step-mother 11. I'm only 36 hrs older than my cousin 12. My cousin and sister have the same birthday, only 10 years apart 13. The age span between my siblings and I are either 10 years or 13 years 14. My sister's birthday is the day after mine 15. If I was a guy my name would've been Josh 16. I like a challenge 17. I love to laugh 18. I love to make others laugh 19. I slept with a doll named Molly until I was 7 20. I am only 4'11” but I'm content with my height. 21. I was in a car seat until I was 7 _ 22. I hate when people talk down to me because I'm short 23. Certain people can make me feel insecure about myself 24. I have been going to sleep away camp since I was 7 25. I don't like my outter appearance. 26. I cry during movies 27. I hate to cry in public, although I do sometimes 28. I might come across as being a 'goody goody' and I hate that 29. I cuss at least once a day 30. I get a migraine at least once a week 31. I love Camp Alonim 32. I was born with a full head of hair ready for a haircut 33. I love the beach 34. I love watching the sunset 35. I love sleeping in 36. I wear at least one piece of jewelry everyday 37. I have freckles but hate them, so I try to cover them up, but it doesn't work entirely 38. My dad used to paint my nails (fingers and toes) because my mom never did a very good job at painting my nails 59. I learned how to French braid on a Barbie 60. I almost cried when I found out that Barbie and Ken broke up 61. I used to play with Polly Pockets…the little dolls that only bent at the waist, instead of the huge ugly dolls now 62. My dad is on his third marriage 63. On my dad's 2nd marriage I got a step-sister and step-brother, I was close with the step-sister, when my dad divorced the lady, then I lost contact with the three of them, even though I didn't want to, but now I keep in contact with the sister and brother currently... 64. I don't get along with my dad's parents at all 65. My step-dad's parents ignore me 66. My step-mom's parents are South African 67. I wasn't invited to my dad's wedding with my current step-mom 68. I used to be a gymnast, and regret every quitting 69. I've always wanted to go to South Africa but my dad would never take me 70. The first time I flew on an airplane by myself was when I was 5 71. I used to not be able to breath through my nose at all 89. I used to not be able to smell anything 90. I had nose surgery so now I can smell and my nose is clearer 91. I usually become friends with people who are short 92. I don't make my bed 93. I wear a watch everyday 94. I dance when no one is watching 95. I have an abnormal boob size for my height 96. I went through 2 years of strong depression 97. I used to be suicidal and had suicidal thoughts daily 98. I love to spend money 99. I've gone out with a guy for less than a day, but I don't regret it because I learned from that experience 100.
